Each session combines guided meditations, faith-centered reflections, and meaningful discussions — all designed to support your personal journey of healing and self-discovery.
No matter where you are on your path, you’ll find a community of like-minded young people ready to walk alongside you, sharing experiences, prayers, and positive energy.

What will we do?
Energy Healing Basics
In this first part, we’ll explore the basics of energy healing from a Christian perspective, understanding how spiritual energy aligns with God’s presence in our lives. We’ll reflect on how faith, prayer, and energy work can support emotional balance and strengthen our connection with God’s love.
Guided Meditation
Experience a peaceful moment of reflection through guided meditation, combined with prayer and spiritual grounding. This part of the session invites you to quiet your mind, open your heart, and embrace God’s light as a source of healing and strength.
Open Sharing Circle
We’ll close each session with an open space for group sharing. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other young Christians, exchange personal experiences, ask questions, and grow together in faith and understanding.
